Residential Tenancies Act Training - New Workers - Wed 4 Feb 2015 from 9.30 AM - 4:30 PM

The Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) is the most important legislative framework for the Community Housing Sector.

This course will give new housing and tenancy workers the basic skills and understanding of the RTA, and how to use it in their day to day work.

Information on changes to Centrelink Parenting Payment

Please be aware that on the 1st January 2013 Centrelink introduced changes to the parenting payments. This may impact on a number of your clients.

Justice Connect - Homeless Law

SalvoConnect Social Services is partnering with Justice Connect to offer a free legal clinic weekly on a Thursday from 12 - 2 p.m at 35 Myers St, Geelong commencing on the 28/08/2014. The clinic will run via appointment, so please call 1800 606 313 to arrange an appointment for anyone who may require legal assistance.
