BSW Homelessness Network bulletin - November 11

Hello BSWHN members. Welcome to this week’s BSWHN bulletin.

Remember to check the list below for all of the new articles that have been added to the www.bswhn.org.au website.

Great to see photos and hear your storied about the Walking Home events last Saturday. Certainly interesting weather for it! Haven’t heard as much from the Port Fairy to Warrnmabool walk, but maybe next week when I’m in Warrnmabool.

Please not to anyone following the BSWHN or the Road Home Facebook pages that I’m currently merging them both into a new page titled Barwon & Sth West Homelessness Network. The content of the pages will remain in the same vein, just a more streamlined approach. If you’re on Facebook or Twitter, please take a look.

And a quick reminder for those in the Barwon region, that the Month of Action is in full swing. Click >>HERE<< for the website to find out where and when the upcoming events are.

Regards,

Andrew.

Children’s Resource Program - Workbook

Just Like Frank Logo CMYK SML

A core function of the Statewide Children’s Resource Program is to develop resources for children who are experiencing homelessness and family violence.

This year we have developed a booklet that aims to provide children with helpful information and options for them to express their feelings and emotions.
The booklet has been designed, illustrated, and prepared to be available for agencies as a PDF to print for each child accessing your service.
We hope that this will encourage meaningful conversation, healing and fun for all ages.
