Case File Notes - CBD

This workshop aims to enhance participants’ understanding of and ability to keep appropriate records. Issues related to confidentiality, client rights, accountability, and legal implications are covered, as are the Privacy Act and the law of negligence. The workshop also provides an opportunity for workers to practise appropriate file note recording.

Mental Health Issues and the Recovery Process – Ringwood

Monday 4th & Tuesday 5th December 2017

This workshop focuses on the knowledge and skills required to contribute to the recovery of people who have been affected by a mental illness. Participants learn about a range of mental health diagnoses, the impact of mental illness on people’s lives, how to apply an understanding of the impact of the social determinants of health, and how to provide effective support for people who have a mental illness.
